We pride ourselves on only working with the best-in-the-business, guaranteeing our customers an exceptional experience, no matter who they book. To do this, it’s vital for us to maintain high expectations of our suppliers not just upon signup but throughout our relationship with them.

All suppliers are required to agree to our Supplier terms when they join Togather, and any breaches to our terms may be subject to penalties (as laid out in section 3 of the terms). If terms are breached, disputes are handled on a case-by-case basis and broadly follow the guidelines below.

Disclaimer:

These are guidelines -  as per section 4.3 of our terms, "we have the right to remove any supplier from our database, if we receive complaints about that supplier, or for any other reason at our entire discretion". Penalties will accrue, meaning if you have demonstrated more than one offence in any given section, the combined score will result in your overall penalty.

Example: Three penalty points will result in immediate account deactivation. This may be three points from a single level 3 offence, or a combination of level 1 or level 2 offences.
