What if I have to cancel a booking?

Please inform your customer and us right away!


This will allow the customer time to make alternative arrangements, and will also mean we can try source a replacement with as much time as possible.


If we do believe that you have a valid reason for a cancellation, they will be noted on your account. If you have multiple cancellations your access to Togather may be restricted temporarily or permanently.
