Can I speak to my client on the phone?

BETA suppliers are able to receive a voice call from their clients. On the dashboard, you'll be able to see the "calls enabled" icon in the top right of the messaging box.
How does it work?
A client can initiate a digital voice call via the platform and won't require your phone number to perform this action.
After you speak to a client on the phone, use your chat thread to confirm what you've discussed. This will ensure your quote or booking is fully protected by Feast It.
We'll remind you to do this via an automated message each time you receive or miss a call.
