Can I speak to a customer on the phone?

Yes! All suppliers can make and receive calls via our on-platform voice calling feature.
How does it work?
When on a message thread, you'll see a blue 'Call' button at the top of the thread. Click this, then click the 'Call now' button. You'll receive a phone call from us to connect you with the customer. Alternatively, if a customer calls you, you'll hear an automated message before being connected.
This is all done via the platform and they don't need your phone number.
After you speak to them, use your chat thread to confirm what you've discussed. This will ensure your quote or booking is fully protected by Feast It. If you agree any changes, remember to update your quote price or description to reflect this.
We'll remind you to do this via an automated message each time you receive or miss a call.
