Yes! You can receive a call from a customer via our BETA on-platform voice calling feature. 

How does it work?

The calling system is one-way; a customer can initiate a call with you, but you can't call the customer. If you want to speak to a customer, simply message them and arrange a suitable time for them to call you.

This is all done via the platform and they don't need your phone number.

After you speak to them, use your chat thread to confirm what you've discussed. This will ensure your quote or booking is fully protected by Feast It.  

We'll remind you to do this via an automated message each time you receive or miss a call.
