On extremely rare occasions, supplier cancellations can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or equipment malfunction. 

Feast It Protect 

All bookings on Feast It come with protection as standard. In the rare event of a supplier cancellation, bookings are entitled to a full refund. In the scenario that you need to find a new supplier, our team are still on hand to help you but this won't take priority over new enquiries coming in through the platform. 


If you've chosen to pay in monthly instalments, the refund amount will equate to the sum you have paid up until the date the supplier cancels. 


Feast It Protect Plus 

Feast It Protect Plus is an optional protection upgrade which gives assurance that a replacement supplier will be found and your event will go ahead without you having to do anything. Our team will be on hand and make every effort to actively seek out relevant replacements from our entire supplier list to ensure someone is found. 

This option can be paid for in monthly instalments or in full as per the normal payment options of our platform.   


As with Feast It Protect, if you have chosen to pay in monthly instalments, the refund amount will equate to the sum you have paid up until the date the supplier cancels. 


With Feast It Protect Plus: 

Instant support: Dedicated Event Expert phone support to find you a replacement supplier as quickly as possible

Replacement guarantee: If a supplier cancels, we'll find a replacement supplier of an equal or better standard, so you can relax knowing your event will go ahead undisrupted. 

We'll cover the cost: If the replacement supplier is more expensive, we'll cover the difference up to 10% of the value of the original booking. 


With Feast It Protect Plus, a replacement supplier will be found by our Event Experts who work closely with our suppliers every day. The team are experts when it comes to our suppliers, for example, they know who's able to take last-minute bookings or bookings outside their typical area. 


If you're not completely happy with the replacement supplier on offer, you're entitled to a full refund + £75 cashback.
