Can I chat to the supplier before confirming my booking?

Yes! As well as our built in messaging feature, you can also make and receive calls via our on-platform voice calling feature.
How does it work?
When on a message thread, you'll see a blue Call button at the top of the thread. Click this, then click the green Call now button.
You'll receive a phone call from us to connect you with the supplier. Alternatively, if a supplier calls you, you'll hear an automated message before being connected.
This is all done via the platform so suppliers don't need your phone number to get in touch.
